Simchabook is invitation-only. We don't accept self-registrations — every venue is reviewed and personally approved before it goes live on Simchabook. If a hall doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't go live.

Your privacy is protected

Phone numbers, email addresses, and outside-contact details are automatically hidden in messages until a booking is confirmed. This protects you from unsolicited contact and keeps every conversation on the record.

Clear, honest expectations

• A request is never a confirmed booking until the hall accepts it.
• Every fee — deposit, cleaning, service, gratuity, security — is itemized before you commit.
• Each hall publishes its own cancellation policy on its listing.
